What Our Students Are Saying

“I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate everything Studio NOMA has helped me through my art portfolio and college application. Hyo and Sue have guided me to reach my potential, resulting in me getting accepted by numerous art schools, including RISD, SAIC, Pratt, Parsons, Northeastern, BU, etc. During my time here, I got various awards every year, including National awards at Scholastics Art & Writing Awards.

Teachers here not only help the students to improve in their art techniques but also guide them to express their thoughts through various materials and methods. I highly recommend this studio if you’re preparing for an art portfolio.”

“Studio Noma is such an amazing place to build your portfolio for college applications. The teachers are super sweet and helpful with everything from the ideation process to the technical skills required of each project - they also provide a lot of opportunities to experiment with a wide variety of mediums and art making, especially ones that are harder to access on your own such as oil paint, clay, resin, etc. I learned so much during my time here, and I was able to get into so many amazing colleges thanks to Studio Noma.”
